Isolators
GloveFAST Clean
Compact all-round isolator for reliable product and personal protection
Flexible positive or negative pressure isolator with three-filter technology - customisable and attractively priced
The GloveFAST Clean is a versatile and compact isolator in a positive pressure version with an innovative 3-stage HEPA filter system, designed for applications where maximum cleanliness, personal safety and product protection are required. The isolator is also optionally available in a negative pressure version - ideal for toxic or highly pathogenic substances.
With its modular design, robust construction and excellent price-performance ratio, the GloveFAST Clean is suitable for pharmaceutical, microbiological and biotechnological applications as well as for hospital pharmacies and research facilities.
Areas of application - for research, clinics and production
The GloveFAST Clean was specially developed for the following sensitive applications:
- Research in the fields of microbiology, virology and cell culture technology
- Genetic engineering applications, incl. transformed DNA
- Preparation and handling of TPN/TPE solutions and IV fluids
Air routing & filter technology - 4-fold secured for maximum purity
Airflow & filter technology - 4-stage protection for maximum cleanliness
The GloveFAST Clean system is based on a closed airflow system with 4-stage HEPA filtration to ensure sterile conditions at all times:
- Ambient air intake via a HEPA H14 filter (cleanliness level ISO 5)
- Laminar airflow downwards into the work area to generate a unidirectional airflow
- Air recirculation via a second HEPA filter below the work surface (main filter)
- Exhaust air is directed upwards via a third HEPA filter for controlled release or recirculation
This configuration ensures continuous filtration, minimised particle generation and safe overpressure in the work area. For applications with toxic substances, the system can also be operated in negative pressure mode.
