FlowFAST V

The FlowFAST V is a state-of-the-art product safety cabinet with vertical laminar airflow that has been specially developed for applications where a contamination-free working area is required. Thanks to its technical features, it complies with cleanliness class ISO 3 in accordance with ISO 14644-1 and therefore offers a high-performance, economical alternative to the classic cleanroom.

The uniform vertical air flow across the entire work surface creates a sterile overpressure area that reliably prevents particles or microorganisms from the environment from entering the work area. The FlowFAST V is therefore ideal for use in the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, research laboratories, medical diagnostics and the food and cosmetics industries.

 

Maximum air purity - reliable and efficient

The air is first pre-cleaned by a G3 pre-filter with a retention capacity of 80-90 % (in accordance with ASHRAE) and then passed through a high-performance H14 class HEPA filter (in accordance with EN 1822). This has a separation efficiency of99.995 % at MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) and thus guarantees an ISO 3-compliant, particle-free working atmosphere.

    UV disinfection system

    • Note: UV lamps are not an alternative to manual cleaning and should be replaced every 12 months.
