The SafeFAST XXL is a specially developed Class II biological safety cabinet, designed to accommodate large-format devices such as laboratory robots, 3D printers or complex analysis systems. It combines the highest safety standards with a robust, application-specific design and offers ISO Class 3 air purity in accordance with ISO EN 14644-1 - for absolute cleanliness in the work area while protecting people, products and the environment.

Thanks to customised configuration options, every SafeFAST XXL can be tailored precisely to your process-specific requirements - with certified safety in accordance with EN 12469:2000.

    The SafeFAST XXL works with a multi-stage airflow concept:

    • 70 % of the process air is recirculated via a vertical air flow (H14 HEPA filter in accordance with EN 1822)
    • 30 % of the air is discharged via a separate exhaust air H14 HEPA filter to protect the ambient air
    • Inflow barrier with 0.5 m/s air velocity ensures reliable shielding to the outside
    • Negative pressure operation guarantees that no contamination can escape from the interior

    These features provide triple protection: for the operator, the product and the laboratory environment - even in automated applications or continuous operation.

    The SafeFAST XXL was specially developed for the integration of heavy and large laboratory equipment. Thanks to its reinforced frame and robust construction, it is also suitable for demanding special equipment.

    • Heavy-duty shelf for high loads - ideal for laboratory robots or 3D printing systems
    • Generous opening: lockable front panel for device access with an opening height of up to 600 mm

    • Microprocessor control with visual & acoustic alarms for all safety-relevant parameters
    • LED lighting outside the laminar airflow - bright, glare-free and low-maintenance
    • IP55-compliant sockets (1-2 depending on size)
    • Quick couplings for DEHS filter integrity tests - for easy qualification
