The innovative Easy-Click system was specially developed to make changing neoprene or CSM gloves on isolator glove ports quick, safe and user-friendly. The change is completely tool-free and can be carried out in less than three minutes - by any user without any prior technical knowledge.

This solution is particularly suitable for GMP-regulated environments where sterile conditions, product protection and operator safety are top priorities.

    The Easy-Click system fulfils all requirements of relevant standards:

    • EN 421 - confirmation of impermeability through bacterial tests over at least 5 complete glove change cycles
    • Port material: PBT (thermoplastic polyester),
      • FDA-compliant in accordance with CFR, Title 21, Part 177, Section 1660
      • USP Class VI (biological test according to USP 88>, Plastics)

    Step 1: Place the glove to be changed in the protective cover
    Step 2: Position the 3 clips of the new glove with your thumb pointing upwards opposite the grooves
    Shield 3: Press the new glove onto the connection port
    Step 4: The glove change is complete once the glove to be installed has audibly clicked into place 3 times
    Step 5: The used glove is ejected outside the isolator
