Decontamination using hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) is one of the most advanced and effective methods for reducing microbial contamination. Once decontamination is complete, the hydrogen peroxide used is completely broken down into water and oxygen with the aid of a catalyst. This means no harmful residues are left behind, no time-consuming post-cleaning is required, and the treated areas can be quickly returned to service once authorised.
